When you register, you are asked to create a Username; this is displayed when you add comments or ask questions; your full name and information will never be shared. Your contact details will be kept confidential and will only be used to update you about the project(s) you are interested in.

    The New River Valley Regional Commission serves the City of Radford, Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, and Pulaski Counties as well as the towns in those counties. New River Community College, Radford University, and Virginia Tech are also members of the Commission. When we say the New River Valley, this is the area we’re talking about.

    Public engagement is anything we do to involve citizens and other stakeholders in the decision-making process. It is a way to let you know what we’re working on, gather your input, and get more people involved.
